Filter control with manual backwash
Water treatment plant for the house BWT Avanti HWS includes several series of installed devices: check valve, filter backwash and pressure reducer. The filter is designed to filter drinking water and process water. It protects the water pipes and the connected equipment from functional disturbances and corrosion caused by the influence of impurities and suspensions.
Avanti HWS treatment plant consists of:
- brass head portion with a check valve
- the threaded portion of the span with a screw or socket for connecting a manometer
- transparent cylinder with a filter element
- pipe to connect the hose to the washing water
- turn key element backwash
- pressure gauge after the module
- Knob for pressure reducer
Principle of operation
Untreated water enters the treatment station through inlet. During the water intake check valve opens only in the direction of flow. At rest or back pressure valve is sealed. The water passes through the filter element, wherein the inner surface of the filter cloth are particle size> 90 .mu.m. The filter element should be cleaned by backwashing. The two-phase backwashing is started manually. Thus after opening the first lever backwash washed coarse particles, and then turning the element backwash washed and aspirated fine particles stuck to the filter cloth. Pressure reducing valve maintains the set pressure constant even when the pressure variation at the entrance, protecting fittings and appliances throughout the water system.
